Tool Usage Rule

• CRM (La Chart) = all tasks, communication, and stage tracking (system of record)
• Google Drive = all files and deliverables (single source of truth)
• WhatsApp = urgent communication only (must be logged in CRM after)

1. Intake & Project Setup

Tools Required: CRM (La Chart), Google Drive, WhatsApp (if urgent)

Intake & Setup Timeline: 1–2 business days

PM Responsibilities:

• Review opportunity details and confirm project scope (pages, features, platform)
• Ensure onboarding is complete
  • Identify missing assets or unclear requirements
  • Locate client folder* & confirm project workspace on Drive
• Kickoff Call*
  • Introduction with client to familiarize them with their new point of contact, you
  • Set expectations for timeline and delivery
